Photography

The fee includes unlimited usage of the images other than for resale. 
Copyright of the images remains with Vizz Creative, unless otherwise agreed in writing. 
Credit should be given for each use of the images in printed material with attribution to ‘Vizz’ on the page of use, unless otherwise agreed in writing. 
Full payment is required after the contact prints are approved and before the images are released to the client. 
Overdue payments will be charged interest at the rate of 3% per month.

Graphic design

Vizz will not be responsible for the content of client’s text.
Vizz will check and proof read the client’s text. However, it will be the client’s responsibility to ensure no errors are present before artwork goes to print.
Following presentation of first draft, up to 2 sets of changes will be permitted without the possibility of further charges.
