Photographing ice cream is not for the faint-hearted. A lot of skill, planning and creativity are involved in creating that perfect shot before the ice cream starts to melt. When asked by Genoa in Warrenpoint Co. Down to photograph their ice cream, together with some of their fish and chip dishes, I was delighted and my brain started to buzz with ideas. The team at Genoa were fabulous to work with, they embraced my ideas and worked with me like clockwork to achieve the photos on this video.
